Jess creates an environment that maximizes your time. Following this flow will make the process quick and minimize back-and-forth emails.

With travel being in very high demand, it is essential to be reachable and decisive to make sure the options you chose are still available (and at the agreed upon price) upon travelitinerary execution.

The custom travel planning process begins after you've booked your flights and
paid.


 

FEES

  • $99 per travel day planned, 3 day minimum. Does not have to be your entire trip

  • $99x2 for optional itinerary creation of those "unplanned days" 

  • $25/per person per flight booking. Jess normally doesn't book flights.

  • $99 travel date change fee. This is if you change your dates of travel after you've approved the itinerary AND the same itinerary can still be done with the new dates.

  • Payment up front.

  • $50 per modification after final itinerary is accepted, may require additional fees.

PROCESS

  • There will be an initial phone interview to learn all about you, your family, and trip. Get your anticipated project collaboration dates.

  • Choose a solo point person who will communicate with Jess to avoid confusion and delay on scheduled date. 

  • Jess and staff will research all the options and present a custom travel itinerary (version #1) via email. You now have our undivided attention for the next 120 hours, fees apply past this.

  • 24-48 hours after the initial itinerary email, you have a 1 hour mandatory phone meeting to discuss any modifications. It's via phone, not email or text. #oldschool

  • Rinse and repeat with version #2 within your allotted 120 hours.

  • Your final itinerary is approved, invoice is provided by us, credit card authorized by you, and items booked by us. 

  • Time to relax and dream, while our creative juices flow. 

DELIVERY

  • Your booked itinerary is delivered via email and Tripit App, and the trip is now yours.
